Temporary tattoos remind me of my childhood and just lately I have been experimenting with the 'grown up' version. I love these ones from Lottie London as they come in a range of metallic shades and designs. I have dedicated a whole blog post to them here.
I honestly don't know how many cans I go through of this stuff but I love it! I think this is a new scent in the Batiste range? Bloom! It smells lovely, just like sweet flowers and like all of the other cans, it works really well at keeping my hair looking fresh and full of volume.
Oh I do love a good face mask and these ones from 7th Heaven (previously known as Montagne Jeunesse) are heavenly! So far I have used the Argan Oil Mud mask and oh my, it was lovely! I can't wait to share my thoughts with you all.
I was recently sent some exciting beachwear and accessories from Bon Marche for their 'High Summer' campaign. Now Bon Marche is a shop I don't normally shop in but I was pleasantly surprised by everything I received! I will posting about these goodies soon!
With this gorgeous weather we have been having recently, I have picked up my favourite pink lipsticks. Keep your eyes peeled on the blog to see what my top 5 lipsticks are for the summer!
This picture pretty much says it all! Only 100 days (I think it's like 96 now!) until I am off to Disney World Florida with my boyfriend. I can't contain my excitement! I will definitely be sharing my trip with you all on Instagram and of course my blog.
The boyfriend and I met up with his dad and step mum at the weekend and went out for a few drinkies. I really liked my hair and makeup that night and wished I'd taken close up pictures to share with you all.
Don't you just love receiving fresh flowers in the post? I know I do! I was kindly sent this gorgeous bouquet to review via etailPR from iFlorist. You can read my review here.
I see these cute jars all over Instagram, so when I recently attended a local fair they had these for sale. I decided to pick two up and I can't wait to fill them with smoothies and fruit infused water!
Feel free to leave your Instagram usernames below...
There's nothing more I like than a fresh bouquet of flowers. I know for a fact, when I have a place of my own, my rooms will be filled with pretty vases and fresh flowers. I think they can instantly liven up the room and make it feel very homely and complete.
I've never reviewed flowers before, so when I saw iFlorist on etailPR looking for bloggers to review their bouquets, I knew I had to apply! I was very luckily selected and got to pick my own to review.
In the UK alone, iflorist has a network of over 1,700 skilled local florists, each of whom is able to connect to upwards of 20,000 overseas florists. Delivering flowers within 4 hours across the globe has given us an enviable reputation for quality and service. iFlorist are offering a diverse range of products to gift. Not only do they offer an array of stunning bouquets, iFlorist will be gifting Champagne, luxury chocolates, hampers and more.
I was very kindly sent the Rose & Lily Bouquet* (medium bouquet) to review. The bouquets come in different sizes, which I think is such a good idea. In this bouquet it is filled with beautiful light and dark pink roses, lilies (which are my faves!) and sweet-smelling eucalyptus foliage.
The roses were already flowering when I received them but the lilies were still closed. Three days later, the lilies opened up and looked very pretty. They even smelt amazing and filled the room with a gorgeous scent. It has been a week since I have received them and they are still going strong.
I would highly recommend checking out iFlorist if you are on the hunt for a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a gift or even just for yourself!
They even throw in a lovely box of chocolates with some of the bouquets and have free next day delivery too!
1. Pink Lipsticks | It's that time of year again where we can put our plummy lipsticks away and get out all the lovely pink and coral shades! I love nothing more than wearing a gorgeous pink lipstick in the Summer.
2. Notebooks | I have always been a lover of cute stationary and making lists. And what do you need to make lists? Cute notebooks of course!
3. Benefit Blushes | I love Benefit makeup in general but my favourite products they have to offer are their box blushes. I currently own five of them but would love to own them all! Coralista is my favourite!
4. Blazers | I love how a blazer can instantly change an outfit. They can be worn casually with jeans or even with smart wear. I have been wearing them a lot lately and would love to add some more to my Summer wardrobe.
If you have been reading my blog for a while now, you would know that I am a big fan of the So...? With Attitude fragrances. Their wide range of scents in spray and perfume form and affordable prices - what's not to love? Recently, they got in contact with me asking if I would like to try out a few of their new fragrances from their new couture line.
I think So...? have really upped their game lately and their new designs and bottles look really lovely. I feel they are slightly branching out and these fragrances are now not only aimed at teenagers but at us women too.
There are four new Couture Fragrances which are based on four major cities: London, Paris, New York and Rio.
So...? London - Modern, feminine and distinctive.
Top Notes - Grapefruit, Mandarin and Apricot.
Base Notes - Sandalwood, Vanilla and Musk.
So...? Paris - Flawlessly evokes the elegance of Parisian style.
Top Notes: Plum and Rose.
Base Notes: Vetyver and Patchouli.
So...? New York - A fresh, assertive scent, supreme for making a big city statement.
Top Notes: Grapefruit and Mandarin
Base Notes: Cedarwood and Vanilla
So...? Rio - Reflecting the vibrancy of the sun soaked city.
Top Notes: Pineapple, Mango and Melon.
Base Notes: Hibiscus, Musk and Vanilla.
I was very lucky to receive two of their new scents - So...? Paris* and So...? Rio*. I say it every blog post when it's about perfume and I'll say it again. I am rubbish at describing scents but I definitely agree with the scent descriptions above. If you love all things fruity and sweet I would try So...? Rio and if you love things slightly on the floral side, I would try So...? Paris!
I can't comment on the other two but equally they sound just as nice, especially So...? London!
I'd definitely recommend these new products from So...? Fragrances. Next time you're in your local Boots, go and give them a good sniff. There is most certain a scent for everyone!
Price - £9.99 50ml* Available from Tesco, Boots and Superdrug.
Temporary tattoos take me back to my childhood. I loved nothing more than literally covering myself from top to toe in some crazy tattoos that I would have bought from Claires Accessories or even the local market! They were probably something along the lines of a dolphin, butterfly or even some swirly whirly tribal pattern! (Also, who else remembers the funky tattoos you'd use to get in a bubblegum wrapper!)
Just recently I have been seeing, what I could only describe as a 'grown up' version of temporary tattoos. They have been popping up all over social media, mainly good ol' Instagram.
So when I received my prizes from the newly released brand Lottie London and noticed I had my own tattoos, I couldn't wait to try them.
Treasure Tatts come in Silver, Gold and Black with an array of shapes and patterns, all on three different sheets.
They were so easy to apply. You cut the desired tattoo out, peel off the clear layer of plastic and then place it where you want it. Next you soak a flannel or something similar in water, I prefer warm water. I then gently pressed the flannel onto the tattoo and left for for about a minute or so. You'll know when it's ready to be peeled off because the 'backing paper' will come away with ease. I then just gently dab the tattoo with the flannel to make sure it's all smooth and had stuck properly.
I really like the way these tattoos catch the light. They look so pretty and I will definitely be using these throughout the summer.
You get three decent sized sheets, full of tattoos and they cost £9.99. They are available to buy from Superdrug.
Back in February, I reviewed the Denman D3 Brush and although it may only be a brush, it was an amazing one at that (you can read that review here). Denman recently contacted me and asked if I would like to try their new hairbrush, the Tangle Tamer Ultra. After loving the D3 so much, I was very excited to see what this one was like!
I had a choice of five colours to choose from - Blue, Orange, Green, Yellow and Pink. Of course I chose the pink one!
Denman is delighted to launch the NEW Tangle Tamer Ultra brushes! The Tangle Tamer Ultra is a larger version of the original Tangle Tamer…perfect for detangling long, thick hair! The super-soft nylon bristles gently glide through the hair, removing tangles. An air-cushioned pad follows the contour of the head for smooth damage-free grooming. This brush is also ideal for grooming and detangling hair extensions and wigs.
The Tangle Tamer Ultra is designed for people with long, thick hair, which I definitely have!
It's the first paddle like brush I have tried. The nylon bristles went through my hair like a dream . It didn't pull or tug on the knots, instead it just glided through. It is also great to use when your hair is wet. I know brushing you hair when wet can be a big no-no, but I feel that this doesn't break or snap your hair. Like I've said before, it just slid through.
I can safely say, this is now the brush I use every day when brushing/styling my hair. It's perfect for up dos i.e. sleeked back pony tails and buns. It's also great for gently brushing out curls too.
After using this brush, my hair was left looking healthy and shiny and of course tangle free!
If you have long thick hair and struggle with knots and tangles, I definitely suggest you pick yourself up a Tangle Tamer Ultra!
The Denman Tangle Tamer retails at £12.50* and can be purchased here.
Paul Mitchell are a brand that I'm sure everyone has heard off but may of not tried before.
So when I was recently contacted by HQ Hair, asking if I would like to try some Paul Mitchell products, I jumped at the chance. I was very kindly sent some products from the KerActive Forever Blonde range. Although I am a natural blonde, I do get a full head of highlights to lighten my hair as my natural blonde is not as light as I would like it. So I was intrigued to see how these products worked together, to help maintain my blonde locks.
Forever Blonde Shampoo - £15.95*| "Ideal for bleached and highly lifted hair. This sulfate-free shampoo, helps soften and strengthen as it cleans. KerActive protein hugs every strand to guard against breakage, while safflower oleosomes help restore lost moisture and elasticity. Special botanicals, including turmeric, chamomile and lemon peel, help keep blonde hues light and bright".
The first thing I noticed about this product, was the colour of it. It's white but it does have a slight hint of purple to it, which helps get rid of the brassy, orangey tones.
I applied this like I would any over shampoo and once massaged into the scalp it instantly lathered. Oh I do love a good shampoo that lathers easily as I feel it works better at getting rid of all the dirt and build up.
Forever Blonde Conditioner - £15.95* | "Ideal for bleached and highly lifted hair. Give fragile blonde hair the moisture and strength it needs. Rich conditioners, including macadamia nut oil and safflower olesomes, deliver hydration right into the hair shaft for improved elasticity, softness and shine. KerActive protein hugs every strand to protect and help repair damage."
Just like the shampoo, the conditioner has a slight purple tinge to it. It's a lovely creamy consistency, that just glides onto your hair when you apply it. I leave it on for around five minutes and then I rinse of with clean water.
Forever Blonde Dramatic Repair Serum - £15.95* | "Ideal for bleached and highly lifted hair. Treat fragile blonde hair and help restore health and vitality in an instant. Loaded with safflower olesomes, macadamia nut oil and exclusive KerActive protein, this multi-tasking correcter soothes and replenishes dry, depleted hair as it helps to strengthen and seal the cuticle."
I spray this on towel dry hair and focus mainly on the ends. I slowly work my way up, avoiding the roots, making sure my hair has a light even coverage. I then leave it to dry naturally (normally over night), so when it comes to styling my hair, it feels lovely and soft and easy to work with.
Overall, I am very happy with the results. My hair feels and looks so much healthier. I feel the products helped to neutralise any brassy tones I may of had and helped to keep my hair looking bright and blonde!

Have you tried anything from the Paul Mitchell range?
Denman Tangle Tamer Ultra | I didn't think I could love a brush as much as I love this one! I have only had this for about a week or so but it's already become one of my favourite hair brushes to use. I have quite long, thick hair and I struggle finding a brush which doesn't feel like it's pulling half my hair out every time I brush it. But I think I have found it! The Tangle Tamer glides through my hair and leaves it feeling and look smooth and sleek! Review here!
Lottie London Kabuki Babe Brush | I have recently blogged about the how much I love the Lottie London brushes (you can read that post here) but I would have to say, this one is my fave! It is perfect for applying powder as the bristles are the right density to pick up the correct amount of product. It buffs the powder really nicely into my skin making the overall finish look smooth and flawless. Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream | I'm sure many of you know what this product is like but if you don't, it's a multi-use product which can be used on your lips, hands, cuticles, dry patches, the list goes on...It's like a little wonder product! For the past month I have been loving using it as a lip balm. With the changes in the weather, my lips have been suffering and feel ever so dry. I apply a little of this before I go to bed and in the morning I am left with lovely smooth, plump feeling lips. Seventeen Skin Wow Highlighter | I love a good highlight. I think it can easily make your skin look glowy and fresh. I definitely wear highlighter more in the Spring/Summer time as when the sun hits you. I have been added a little pump of this to my foundation and it instantly makes my skin look dewy and fresh, without it looking greasy. Sally Hansen Diamond Strength Nail Hardener | My nails have been so brittle recently but this little beauty has worked a dream! I apply it before I apply nail varnish and I even sometimes wear it on it's own as it has a lovely shine. My nails feel nice and strong and definitely don't break as easy! Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation | Although we are jumping right into Spring and I should be looking at a lighter foundation to wear, I can't seam to put the Estee Lauder Double Foundation down. The coverage is perfect, it lasts all day and it's such a great colour match for my skin (I'm in the shade Ecru in case you were wondering).
